Here’s a simple seafood boil pasta recipe (rich, buttery, spicy, and easy to make at home):

🦐 Seafood Boil Pasta Recipe

🧂 Ingredients

Seafood:

  • 250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 200g crab (optional, or crab sticks)
  • 150g sausage (sliced)

Pasta:

  • 300g pasta (linguine, spaghetti, or penne)

Boil & Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5–6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1–2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp paprika or seafood seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1–2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup milk or cream (optional for creamy version)
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Optional add-ins:

  • Corn pieces
  • Parsley for garnish

🍝 Instructions

1. Cook the pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Save 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

2. Cook the seafood

  • Heat oil + 2 tbsp butter in a pan.
  • Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add sausage, cook until lightly browned.
  • Add shrimp and crab, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
  • Cook until shrimp turns pink (2–3 minutes).

3. Make the sauce

  • Add remaining butter.
  • Pour in milk/cream (if using) and a bit of pasta water.
  • Stir until slightly thick and glossy.

4. Combine

  • Add cooked pasta into the pan.
  • Toss everything together so the sauce coats evenly.
  • Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning.

5. Serve

  • Garnish with parsley or extra chili flakes.
  • Serve hot with extra sauce on top.

🔥 Result

Rich buttery sauce, spicy heat, tender seafood, and pasta that absorbs all the flavor—like a seafood boil turned into comfort food.

If you want, I can also give you a Pakistani-style spicy version or a garlic butter restaurant version.
