Chicken wings are a classic comfort food, whether you like them spicy, sweet, smoky, or garlicky. You can bake, fry, or air-fry them—and the sauce is where the personality comes in.

Steps:

  2. Toss with baking powder + seasoning.
  3. Arrange on a rack over a baking sheet.
