🍚 1. Curd Rice (Thayir Sadam)

Ingredients: Cooked rice, grated coconut, green chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Method:
Temper mustard seeds, chilies, and curry leaves. Add coconut briefly, then mix with rice and salt.


🥣 4. Rasam with Steamed Rice

A light, soupy dish great for digestion.
Ingredients: Tamarind water, tomato, rasam powder, garlic, mustard seeds.
Method:
Boil tamarind water with spices and tomato. Temper mustard seeds and garlic, mix in. Serve hot with a small portion of rice.


🥞 5. Neer Dosa

Soft, thin rice crepes from Karnataka.
Ingredients: Rice batter (very thin), salt.
Method:
Pour thin batter on a hot pan, cook lightly without flipping much. Serve with coconut chutney.


🥗 6. Vegetable Upma (Light Version)

Quick and filling but not heavy.
Ingredients: Semolina (suji), mixed vegetables, mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Method:
Roast semolina. Cook veggies with tempering, add water, then mix in semolina and cook till soft.
