  • Cucumber (sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)

🥣 Thai dressing:

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1–2 green chilies (optional for heat)

1. Cook shrimp:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic and shrimp.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

2. Prepare salad:

  • In a large bowl, mix all fresh vegetables and herbs.

3. Make dressing:

  • Combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and chilies.
  • Stir until sugar dissolves.

4. Assemble:

  • Add cooked shrimp to the salad.
  • Pour dressing over and toss gently.
