🧀🍗 Velveeta Chicken Spaghetti (Creamy Comfort Bake)

This is a rich, cheesy baked pasta dish with tender chicken, melty cheese, and a creamy sauce—classic Southern-style comfort food.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 8 oz spaghetti (broken in half)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (or diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese (or cubed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for topping)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil spaghetti until just al dente (slightly firm).
  • Drain and set aside.

2. Make creamy sauce

  • In a large pot, melt butter.
  • Add cream of chicken soup, Rotel, and chicken broth.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer.

3. Add cheese

  • Stir in Velveeta cheese until fully melted and smooth.

4. Combine

  • Add cooked chicken and spaghetti into the sauce.
  • Mix until everything is evenly coated.

5. Bake (optional but recommended)

  • Pour into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with cheddar cheese if using.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
