Here’s a 1-bowl, low-carb mixture that’s rich, creamy, and perfect for baking salmon.

Luxurious Low-Carb Salmon Topping (1 Mixture)

Mix together:

  • ½ cup full-fat sour cream (or crème fraîche)
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (or Dijon mustard for extra depth)
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional but amazing: fresh dill, parsley, or chives

How to use it

  1. Place salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish.
  2. Spread the mixture generously over the top.
  3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, until flaky.
  4. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes to lightly brown the top.
