3-Ingredient Pan-Fried Halloumi

Ingredients

  • 1 block halloumi cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper (or chili flakes, optional but classic)

(Salt not needed — halloumi is already salty.)


Instructions

  1. Slice halloumi into ¼–½ inch thick slices.
  2. Heat pan over medium-high and add olive oil.
  3. Pan-fry halloumi 2–3 minutes per side until deep golden and crispy.
