Slow Cooker Garlic Herb Baby Potatoes & Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 lbs baby red potatoes, halved if large
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts if preferred)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme, salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep potatoes and chicken
