🥩🍲 Beef Balls (Juicy, Tender Meatballs)

Beef balls are seasoned ground beef shaped into small rounds and cooked until juicy and flavorful. They’re super versatile—great in soup, pasta, gravy, or served as a snack with dipping sauce.


🧾 Ingredients (3–4 servings)

  • 500g ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1 small onion, finely grated or minced
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or soaked bread for softer texture)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

1. Mix the meat

  • In a bowl, combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.

2. Shape the balls

  • Roll mixture into small or medium-sized balls.
  • Keep them even so they cook at the same time.

  • Preheat to 200°C (400°F).
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until browned and cooked.

🍲 Simmer in sauce (juicy method)

  • Add directly into tomato sauce or gravy.
  • Simmer 15–25 minutes until fully cooked and tender.
