Air fryer biscuits

Here’s a clean, no-frills version:

Air Fryer Biscuits (Simple & Quick)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup cold butter (cubed)
  • ¾ cup milk or buttermilk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks crumbly.
  3. Add milk and mix just until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn onto a floured surface, gently pat to about 1 inch thick, and cut into biscuits.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  6. Place biscuits in the basket with space between them.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.

Tips

  • Keep butter cold for flakier biscuits
  • Don’t overmix the dough
  • Check at 7–8 minutes since air fryers vary
