Beef Curry

Beef Curry is a rich, slow-cooked dish made with tender beef pieces simmered in a spiced gravy. Itโ€™s popular in South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Caribbean cooking, with each region having its own style.

  • Add turmeric, chili, coriander, cumin, and salt
  • Cook until oil separates from masala

4. Add tomatoes

  • Add tomatoes and cook until soft and thickened

5. Slow cook

  • Stir occasionally and add water if needed

6. Finish

  • Add garam masala at the end
  • Simmer 5โ€“10 minutes
