🧾 Ingredients

  • 500–700g chicken breast (or thighs)
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry seasoning)
  • 1 block (200g) cream cheese
  • 1 can (400g) cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • 250–300g pasta (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
  • 1–1½ cups shredded parmesan or mozzarella
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, Italian herbs, chili flakes

👨‍🍳 How to Make It

1. Slow cook the chicken

  • Place chicken in slow cooker
  • Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over it
  • Add cream of chicken soup and broth
  • Top with cream cheese (don’t mix yet)
  • Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours

2. Shred the chicken

  • Once tender, shred chicken inside the slow cooker
  • Stir everything together until creamy

3. Add cheese

  • Mix in parmesan or mozzarella
  • Let it melt into the sauce

4. Cook pasta separately

  • Boil pasta until al dente
  • Drain

5. Combine

  • Add cooked pasta into slow cooker
  • Stir until fully coated in creamy sauce
