🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 300–400g sausage meat (or minced beef/chicken + seasoning)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

1. Prepare filling

  • Mix sausage meat with onion and spices
  • Combine well until evenly seasoned

2. Roll pastry

  • Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle
  • Place sausage filling along one side in a long log shape

3. Shape

  • Fold pastry over the filling
  • Seal edges with water or egg wash
  • Cut into smaller rolls if desired

4. Bake

  • Brush top with beaten egg
  • Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes
  • Until puffed and golden brown
