  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar (balances tanginess)
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped dill or parsley (optional)
  • Chili flakes (optional)

1. Slice cucumbers

  • Thin slices work best (or half-moons)
  • Sprinkle with salt and let sit 10–15 minutes
  • Squeeze out excess water (this keeps salad from getting watery)

2. Make the creamy dressing

In a bowl mix:

3. Combine
