🍳 Fluffy 3-Ingredient Low-Carb Egg Bites

Soft, airy, and protein-packed—these are like mini baked omelets with almost no carbs. Great for breakfast meal prep.


🧾 Ingredients (3 only)

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (or cream cheese)
  • Salt (to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Blend (key for fluffiness)

  • Add eggs + cottage cheese + salt into a blender
  • Blend 20–30 seconds until smooth and slightly frothy

(This is what makes them fluffy instead of dense.)


2. Pour

  • Grease a muffin tray or silicone molds
  • Pour mixture evenly into cups (about ¾ full)

3. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until set and slightly golden on top

4. Cool & remove

  • Let them sit 5 minutes before removing
  • They will deflate slightly—that’s normal

🍽️ Result

You get soft, airy egg bite cups—light, creamy inside, and perfect for low-carb eating.
