🍝 Chicken Lasagna

🍗 Chicken layer
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)

1. Prepare chicken filling
- Heat oil/butter in pan
- Add garlic, then chicken
- Season with salt, pepper, herbs
- Add a little tomato sauce (optional)
- Mix and set aside
2. Make white sauce
- Melt butter in pan
- Add flour and cook 1 minute
- Slowly whisk in milk
- Stir until thick and smooth
- Add salt, pepper, nutmeg
3. Assemble layers
In a baking dish:
- White sauce (thin layer)
- Lasagna sheets
- Chicken mixture
- White sauce
- Cheese
Repeat layers 2–3 times. Top with lots of cheese.
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Bake 25–35 minutes until golden and bubbly
5. Rest
- Let it sit 10 minutes before cutting (important for clean slices)
