🍞 20-Minute Homemade Bread (No Yeast)

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional, for better taste)

1. Mix dry ingredients

In a bowl, combine:

  • flour
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • sugar (if using)

2. Add wet ingredients

Pour in:

  • milk
  • oil or melted butter

Mix until a soft dough forms. Don’t overmix.


3. Shape the dough

  • Lightly flour your hands
  • Shape into a round loaf or small buns
  • Place on a greased baking tray

4. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes

Check: top should be lightly golden, and a toothpick should come out clean.


5. Cool & serve

Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
