Heck yes 😄 Here are real, actually-works bread options in ~10 minutes, no oven.

🥖 Option 1: 5-Minute Microwave Mug Bread (soft & fluffy)

Total time: ~6–7 minutes

You’ll need:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk (or water)
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter

Steps:

  1. Mix everything in a microwave-safe mug (no lumps).
  2. Microwave 90 seconds–2 minutes (until it pops up and looks dry on top).
  3. Let it cool 1 minute, then tip it out.

✨ Slice it, butter it, sandwich it, or toast it in a pan if you want crispy edges.


🫓 Option 2: 10-Minute Stovetop Flatbread (no yeast)

Total time: ~10 minutes

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder (optional but nicer)
  • ~½ cup yogurt or water
  • 1 tsp oil (optional)

Steps:

  1. Mix into a soft dough (add liquid slowly).
  2. Divide into 2–4 balls, roll thin.
  3. Cook on a dry hot pan 1–2 min per side until puffed & spotted.

🔥 Brush with butter or oil + salt = dangerous levels of good.
