Butterfinger Balls

Ohhh yes 😄 these are dangerously good and insanely easy. No baking, no stress, pure crowd-pleaser energy.


Butterfinger Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 8–10 fun-size)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz chocolate candy melts or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix the base:
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add the good stuff:
    Stir in crushed Butterfingers and powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Roll:
    Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this helps them hold shape when dipping).
  5. Dip in chocolate:
    Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    Dip each ball and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Set & serve:
    Let chocolate harden at room temp or chill for 10 minutes.

Tips for Next-Level Flavor:

  • Sprinkle extra crushed Butterfinger on top before the chocolate sets
  • Use dark chocolate for a rich contrast
  • Store in the fridge—they’re even better cold
