Yesss πŸ™Œ these are rich, chewy, and dangerously easy.

🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

πŸ•’ Prep: 10 minutes

❄ Chill: 1–2 hours

🍽 Makes: 12 bars

πŸ›’ Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • Β½ cup butter
  • Β½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Β½ cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions

1️⃣ Make the oat base

In a saucepan over medium heat:

  • Melt butter.
  • Stir in brown sugar and vanilla.
  • Cook 2–3 minutes until slightly bubbly.

Remove from heat and stir in oats until fully coated.

Press half of the oat mixture firmly into a lined 8×8-inch pan.

2️⃣ Make the chocolate layer

In the same saucepan (low heat):

  • Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together.
  • Stir until smooth.

Pour over the oat layer and spread evenly.

3️⃣ Finish

Crumble remaining oat mixture over the top and press lightly.

Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.

Cut into bars and enjoy!

✨ Tips

  • For cleaner cuts, let sit at room temp 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Swap peanut butter for almond or sunflower butter.
  • Add a pinch of salt on top for a sweet-salty vibe.

If you want, I can give you a 3-ingredient ultra-minimal version or a healthier honey-based version too.
