Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats

Instructions
- Warm the binder
In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the peanut butter and honey/maple syrup until smooth and pourable. Stir in vanilla and salt. - Mix
In a large bowl, combine oats and dried fruit. Pour the warm mixture over and stir well. Let cool slightly, then fold in chocolate chips. - Press
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment. Press mixture in very firmly (this step prevents crumbly bars). - Chill
