🍔 Slow Cooker Patties with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1–2 lbs beef or turkey patties (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken for variation)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Optional: salt, pepper, paprika to taste


Instructions

  1. Prep the slow cooker
    • Lightly grease the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Layer the patties
    • Place the patties in a single layer at the bottom.
  3. Add the other ingredients
    • Sprinkle the sliced onion over the patties.
    • Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly on top.
    • Add sour cream and gently mix a little so it coats the patties.
  4. Cook
    • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the patties are fully cooked and tender.
  5. Serve
    • Great over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
