A quick, melty, flavor-packed wrap made with seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, and soft tortillas—perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beef
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
2. Brown the meat
Add ground beef. Cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Season
Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and tomato sauce or salsa.
Simmer 3–5 minutes until thick and flavorful.
4. Assemble wraps
