Honey Sriracha Wings are that perfect mix of sweet, spicy, sticky, and slightly smoky—great for oven, air fryer, or deep-frying.

Here’s a solid homemade version you can make easily:

🍗 Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings (split, tips removed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour (for crispiness, optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil

🔥 Sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3–4 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to heat preference)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional for extra kick)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the wings

  • Pat wings dry (important for crispiness)
  • Mix with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cornflour
  • Add a little oil and toss well

2. Cook the wings

Oven method:

  • Preheat to 200°C
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway

Air fryer:

  • 190°C for 20–25 minutes, shake halfway

Deep fry:

  • Fry until golden and crispy (8–10 minutes)

3. Make the sauce

  • In a pan, melt butter
  • Add garlic and sauté lightly
  • Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and chili flakes
  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened
  • Finish with lemon juice

4. Toss & serve

  • Add hot crispy wings into sauce
  • Toss until fully coated and glossy
  • Serve immediately

  • For extra crisp wings: refrigerate seasoned wings for 30–60 minutes before cooking
  • Want more heat? Increase sriracha or add a bit of hot sauce
