🍍 Pineapple Gelatin Dessert

A light, sweet, and refreshing dessert made with pineapple and jelly (gelatin). It’s easy to prepare and commonly served chilled at parties or as a summer dessert.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 packet pineapple flavored jelly (or plain gelatin + pineapple juice)
  • 2 cups hot water (as per jelly instructions)
  • 1 cup cold water or pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • Optional: cream or condensed milk for a creamy version

👨‍🍳 How to Make It

1. Dissolve gelatin

  • Add jelly powder to hot water
  • Stir until completely dissolved

2. Add flavor

  • Mix in cold water or pineapple juice
  • Stir well

3. Add pineapple

  • Place pineapple chunks in a mold or serving dish
  • Pour gelatin mixture over them

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set
