🍲 Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Beef Stew Noodles

A super simple, hearty comfort meal where beef becomes tender in a slow cooker and is mixed with noodles and sauce. Minimal ingredients, maximum flavor.


🧾 Ingredients (Only 3 Main Ones)

  • 500–700g beef (stew beef or boneless chunks)
  • 1 packet dry soup mix or beef stew seasoning (or beef broth cube + spices)
  • 250–300g noodles (egg noodles or spaghetti broken in half)

1. Add beef to slow cooker

  • Place beef chunks inside the slow cooker

2. Add seasoning + liquid

  • Add soup mix or broth cube
  • Pour in enough water to just cover the beef
  • Stir lightly

3. Slow cook

  • Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
  • Beef should become very soft and tender

4. Add noodles

  • Add dry noodles in the last 20–30 minutes
  • Stir and let them cook in the broth until soft

  • Soft, shredded beef
  • Flavorful broth
  • Tender noodles soaked in sauce

🧠 Tips

  • Don’t add noodles too early or they’ll become mushy
  • If broth is too thick, add a little hot water before adding noodles
  • You can shred the beef for a more stew-like texture
