🧾 Ingredients

  • 250–300g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
  • 200–300g chicken breast (sliced or cubed)
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup milk or cooking cream
  • ½ cup cheese (optional but recommended)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp oregano or Italian herbs
  • Optional: chili flakes, mushrooms, or capsicum

👨‍🍳 How to Make It

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
  • Drain and set aside (save a little pasta water)

2. Cook chicken

  • Heat butter or oil in a pan
  • Add chicken, salt, pepper, and cook until golden and fully done
  • Remove and set aside

3. Make creamy sauce

  • In the same pan, add garlic and sauté lightly
  • Pour in milk or cream
  • Add cheese and stir until smooth and slightly thick

4. Combine

  • Add cooked chicken back into the sauce
  • Mix in pasta
  • Stir well so everything is coated
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce is too thick
