biscuit garlic butter cheese bombs

Posted on April 21, 2026 by Admin

These are dangerously addictive—Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are soft, flaky dough stuffed with melty cheese, baked (or air-fried) and brushed with garlicky butter. Think pull-apart bread meets cheesy surprise.

🧄🧀 Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit dough)
  • 8–12 small cheese cubes (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped, optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan (optional but great)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the garlic butter

Mix:

  • melted butter
  • minced garlic
  • salt
  • parsley
  • chili flakes (optional)

Set aside.

2. Stuff the biscuits

  • Flatten each biscuit slightly in your palm
  • Place a cheese cube in the center
  • Wrap dough around it completely and seal tightly
  • Roll into a smooth ball

3. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Place balls on a greased baking tray
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed

4. Garlic butter glaze

As soon as they come out:

  • Brush generously with garlic butter
  • Sprinkle parmesan if using

5. Serve

Eat warm while cheese is molten inside.

🧀 Result

You get soft, buttery biscuit dough with a gooey center—basically Cheese bomb style bites coated in garlic butter.

⭐ Tips for best gooey center

  • Seal dough tightly so cheese doesn’t leak
  • Don’t overbake or cheese will harden
  • Serve immediately for best “cheese pull” effect

If you want, I can also make:

  • spicy jalapeño version 🌶️
  • pizza-style garlic bombs 🍕
  • or air fryer version (faster + crispier)
