🧾 Ingredients

🍝 Salad base

  • 3 cups cooked pasta (rotini, penne, or shells work best)
  • 6–8 slices bacon (crispy, chopped)
  • 1–2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2–3 green onions (sliced)

🥣 Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil pasta until al dente.

2. Cook bacon
