Breakfast Bundt Casserole—a baked all-in-one breakfast made with eggs, bread, cheese, and your favorite fillings. It looks impressive but is very simple to prepare.

🧂 Ingredients (6–8 servings)

Base

  • 8–10 slices bread (cubed or torn)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Fillings (choose or mix)

  • 1 cup cooked sausage, bacon, or chicken
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (sautéed)
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1 small onion (optional, sautéed)

For greasing

  • Butter or oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the pan

  • Grease a bundt pan thoroughly with butter or oil.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Prepare egg mixture

  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Stir in cheese.

3. Assemble

  • Add bread cubes into the egg mixture and let sit for 5 minutes to soak.
  • Mix in cooked meat and vegetables.
  • Pour everything into the bundt pan evenly.

4. Bake

  • Bake for 35–45 minutes, until:
    • top is golden
    • center is fully set (no wobble)

5. Rest & serve

  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a plate.
  • Slice and serve warm.

  • Yogurt dip or sour cream

🔥 Tips

  • Don’t skip greasing the bundt pan well—it helps with clean release.
  • Stale bread works best (absorbs egg mixture better).
