🧾 Ingredients

  • 300–400g thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin works best)
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

🧄 Garlic parmesan bread

  • 1 large baguette or hoagie rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2–3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

🧀 Cheese

  • Provolone, mozzarella, or cheddar slices

1. Make garlic parmesan bread

  • Mix butter, garlic, parmesan, and herbs
  • Spread on sliced bread
  • Toast in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5–7 minutes until golden

2. Cook beef

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Cook beef quickly on high heat (2–3 minutes)
  • Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce

3. Sauté vegetables

  • In same pan, cook onions and peppers until soft and slightly caramelized

4. Combine

  • Mix beef with vegetables
  • Place cheese on top and let it melt into the mixture

  • Add extra cheese if desired
