Cheesy Baked Vegetable Rolls or Cabbage Omelette Rolls

Filling

  2. Sauté onion, then add cabbage, carrot, capsicum.
  3. Cook on high heat for 3–5 minutes (keep veggies slightly crunchy).
  4. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes.
  5. Turn off heat, mix in cheese.

🧻 Rolling

  1. Place filling on wrapper.
  2. Roll tightly, seal edges with flour paste.
  3. Brush with oil or egg wash.

🔥 Bake

  • 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes
  • Flip halfway for even crispiness

These are softer, egg-based rolls—more like a protein-packed breakfast snack.

🧾 Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • ½ carrot (grated)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil

🔥 Instructions

1. Make omelette base

  • Beat eggs with salt, pepper, milk.
  • Heat pan, pour half mixture to make a thin omelette.
  • Repeat for 2 omelettes.

2. Cook filling

  • Lightly sauté cabbage, onion, carrot for 2–3 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes.

3. Assemble rolls

  • Place filling on omelette.
  • Roll tightly while warm.
  • Slice into pinwheels if desired.
