🐔 Chicken
- 700g chicken (bone-in or boneless)
🧅 Base

- 1 tsp salt (adjust)

4. Add chicken

5. Add water & simmer

- Cover and cook 20–30 minutes until chicken is tender
6. Finish
- Add garam masala
- Garnish with coriander and green chilies
