🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 small corn tortillas (or tostadas for crunch)
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • Cooking oil or butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the beef
Brown the ground beef in a pan, drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer until thick and flavorful.

2. Assemble the layers
Lay a large flour tortilla flat and stack in this order:
