🧀🥓 Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Doritos

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese works best)
  • 200g cream cheese (softened)
  • 6–8 strips beef or chicken bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1–2 green chilies or jalapeños (finely chopped, optional)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the filling:

  • Mix cream cheese + cheddar + crumbled bacon + chilies
  • Chill for 15–20 minutes so it firms up

2. Shape stuffing:

  • Scoop small portions and roll into tiny balls (about marble size)

3. Coat the filling:

  • Roll balls in flour
  • Dip in beaten egg
  • Coat with crushed Doritos

4. Fry:

  • Heat oil on medium
  • Fry until golden and crispy (2–3 minutes)
  • Remove onto paper towel
