Creamy Fruit Salad recipe—fresh, sweet, and perfect for desserts, gatherings, or a light snack.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup apples (diced)
  • 1 cup bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup mango (diced) — optional but great
  • 1 cup cream (whipping cream or fresh cream)
  • ½ cup condensed milk (adjust sweetness)
  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1–2 tbsp honey (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the fruit

  • Wash and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  • Keep bananas separate until the end (so they don’t brown quickly).

2. Make the creamy dressing

  • In a bowl, mix:
    • cream
    • condensed milk
    • vanilla essence
    • (optional) mayonnaise and honey
  • Whisk until smooth and slightly thick.

3. Combine

  • Add all fruits into a large bowl.
  • Pour the creamy dressing over them.
  • Gently fold everything together so fruits don’t break.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes before serving.
  • This helps flavors blend and makes it extra refreshing.
