๐Ÿ” Chicken

  • 500โ€“700g chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

๐Ÿ— Coating

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch (extra crunch)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Oil for deep frying

1. Marinate

  • Mix chicken with buttermilk and spices.
  • Chill for 1โ€“4 hours (or overnight).

2. Coat

  • Mix dry coating ingredients.
  • Remove chicken from marinade.
  • Dredge in flour mixture, pressing to stick well.
  • For extra crunch: double dip (marinade โ†’ flour again).

3. Fry

  • Heat oil to 175โ€“180ยฐC (350ยฐF).
  • Fry in batches for 5โ€“7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Drain on a rack or paper towels.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • Mix until smooth

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1โ€“2 tsp hot sauce (or sriracha)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Stir until smooth

3. ๐Ÿง„ Garlic Ranch Dip (Cool & Savory)

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or ranch dressing)
  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
  • Mix well

4. ๐Ÿ… Sweet Chili BBQ Dip (Sticky & Bold)

  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
  • Stir until combined

  • Arrange crispy tenders on a platter.
  • Serve all four dips in small bowls.
