🧄 Garlic Bread
A classic garlic bread is crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with buttery garlic flavor—perfect with pasta, soups, or casseroles.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread or baguette Baguette
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 4–6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1–2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella or parmesan cheese (optional but delicious) Parmesan cheese
🔥 Step 1: Prepare garlic butter
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and chili flakes.
- Stir until well combined.
🥖 Step 2: Slice the bread
- Cut baguette lengthwise or into thick slices (depending on style).
- Don’t cut all the way through if making a pull-apart loaf.
🧈 Step 3: Spread
- Generously spread garlic butter on each slice or inside the loaf.
- Add cheese on top if using.
🔥 Step 4: Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crispy.
- For extra crisp top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
