🧾 Ingredients

🍗 Chicken:

  • 1–2 chicken breasts (sliced or whole)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano (or mixed herbs)

🥗 Salad base:

  • Lettuce or mixed greens
  • Cucumber (sliced)
  • Tomatoes (chopped or cherry tomatoes)
  • Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Bell peppers (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)

🥣 Dressing (simple lemon vinaigrette):

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • ½ tsp honey (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

1. Marinate chicken
