Ingredients:

  • 2โ€“3 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 pack vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits

1. Make custard:

  • In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks (if using).
