- Boil & mash potatoes
Boil until soft, then mash them well (no lumps). - Mix ingredients
Add onion, chilies, coriander, spices, salt, and cornflour. Mix until it forms a firm dough-like mixture. - Shape patties
Take small portions and flatten into round or oval patties. - Heat oil
Add a thin layer of oil in a pan over medium heat. - Fry patties
Cook each patty 3β4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. - Drain & serve
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
