🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (sliced thin)
  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (wedges or chunks)
  • 2–3 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (optional but adds richness)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional, balances acidity)

1. Slice vegetables

  • Cut cucumber, onion, and tomatoes into even pieces

2. Make marinade
