🥩 Meat Chops (Mutton/Beef Chops Recipe)

- Add marinated chops to a pot
- Cook on medium heat until water releases
- Cover and simmer for 45–70 minutes until tender
- Finish with high heat to dry and brown the masala
🍳 Grill / pan method (charred style)
- Sear chops in a hot pan or grill
- Cook 4–6 min per side depending on thickness
- Brush with butter or ghee for extra flavor
3. Final touch
- Sprinkle garam masala
- Add fresh coriander and lemon juice
