🍫🥥 No-bake chocolate coconut oatmeal clusters
These are quick, no-oven treats made by mixing oats, chocolate, and coconut into bite-sized clusters that set in the fridge.
🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup melted chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt

1. Mix base
- In a bowl, combine oats + coconut + salt
2. Add binding ingredients
- Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla
- Mix until everything sticks together
3. Add chocolate
- Fold in melted chocolate (or drizzle later for coating)
4. Shape clusters
- Scoop small spoonfuls onto a tray lined with parchment paper
- Press lightly into “cluster” shapes
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm
