Here’s a simple, sweet-and-crunchy Pecan Pie Bark—all the flavor of pecan pie, but in easy breakable chocolate-style bark form.


🍯🥜 Pecan Pie Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers (or graham crackers)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups pecans (chopped or whole halves)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Method:

1. Prep base:

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Arrange crackers in a single even layer.

2. Make caramel topping:

  • In a pan, melt butter and brown sugar together.
  • Stir constantly until it starts bubbling and thickens (about 3–4 minutes).
  • Add vanilla and a pinch of salt.

3. Add pecans:

  • Stir pecans into the caramel mixture.

4. Assemble:

  • Pour the hot pecan caramel evenly over the crackers.
  • Spread quickly so it covers everything.

5. Bake:

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.

6. Cool & break:

  • Let it cool completely until hardened.
  • Break into rustic bark pieces.
