🧾 Ingredients

  • 2–4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1 inch thick)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil or butter

2. Sear

3. Finish cooking

  • Reduce heat to medium-low

  • Cook another 2–4 minutes until fully done

4. Rest

Let them rest 5 minutes before serving (keeps them juicy).

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes
  • Rest before serving

  • Cook for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway
  • Check internal temp (~63–70°C / 145–160°F depending on preference)
