Pork Chops and Potatoes recipe—one-pan style, hearty, and full of flavor.

🧾 Ingredients

Pork chops:

  • 2–4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Potatoes:

  • 3–4 medium potatoes (quartered or cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or oregano

Optional flavor boost:

  • 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for finishing)
  • Fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Method (One Pan Skillet)

1. Prep potatoes

  • Toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and herbs
  • Parboil 8–10 minutes (optional but helps them cook faster)

2. Sear pork chops

  • Heat oil in a large pan
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
  • Sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown
  • Remove and set aside

3. Cook potatoes

  • In the same pan, add potatoes
  • Cook until golden and slightly crispy
  • Add onion and garlic if using

4. Combine & finish

  • Return pork chops to the pan
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes
    (until pork is fully cooked and juicy)

Optional:

  • Add a knob of butter at the end for richness
  • Sprinkle parsley before serving
