Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup cold butter (cubed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ~½ cup cold water

  • Chill 20 minutes
  • Repeat rolling + folding 4–5 times

3. Chill:

  • Rest the dough at least 1 hour before using
