🦐 Classic Seafood Salad
🧾 Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 1 cup crab meat (or imitation crab)
- ½ cup cooked calamari (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 small celery stalk (finely chopped)
- 1–2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley, dill, or chili flakes
🥗 Instructions:
- Cook seafood if not already cooked, then let it cool completely.
- Chop shrimp, crab, and other seafood into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add seafood, celery, and onion.
- Mix gently so seafood stays intact.
- Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes before serving.
