Ingredients (2 sandwiches)

  • 200–250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1–2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & black pepper

  • Lemon juice (a small squeeze)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the shrimp

  • Heat a pan with a little butter or oil.
  • Add garlic, then shrimp.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika.
  • Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  • Finish with a small squeeze of lemon. Set aside and chop lightly if large.

2. Prepare bread

  • Butter one side of each bread slice.

3. Assemble
